This fun & flamboyant scarf called Silk Chapeau! was designed in 1990 by Annie Faivre and features several beautiful hats with opulent feathery trimmings!
In a cute side knot bow style, this headband is fully lined in the scarf fabric and she has a metal inner which is super comfortable for all day wear.
