What does Piggi stand for?
The name 'Piggi' came from the nickname my Mum had for my pigtails when I was growing up. I wore pigtails for ages!

Which shipping option should I choose?
For all Hermès & designer scarf pieces that are over AU$200 and US$120 I will automatically upgrade your shipping to DHL Express (international) or Express Shipping (Australia Only) no matter what you select so just choose the Free DHL shipping option (International) or Standard Australia Post (Australia).
For all other items such as the Hermès Hair Clips, Liberty of London Scrunchies and Piggi Basics, just choose the free standard shipping option. For international these are sent with Sendle or Australia Post. In Australia your order will be sent with standard Australia Post. For more information on shipping please read my Shipping Policy here.
Should I choose insurance?
DHL and Australia post are exceptional and everything is sent with tracking numbers. However I am unable to replace packages that are lost or stolen during or after transit unless you have chosen to add insurance. For more information on shipping please read my Shipping Policy here.
How do I know my piece is from an authentic scarf?
The scarves I source are pre-loved from collections around the world. I am an expert on authenticating designer scarves and if there is the slightest doubt about its origin I will not use it. You can be assured that all pieces are 100% the real deal.
How do I care for my piece?
I highly recommend just spot cleaning - I tend to use a baby wipe on any spots and then lightly go over with a dab on cold water on a clean cloth. The scarves are generally hand silk screen printed so colours will run, especially dark and bright colours so avoid washing if possible. However if you need to wash your scrunchie, do so in very cold water to try and reduce colour run and do not leave to soak.
Thank you! 😘
